Phase 3: Synthesis & Reporting

  • We analyze the qualitative and quantitative data to identify key patterns, developing a detailed report with strengths, growth areas, and recommendations

Phase 4: Feedback Review & Leadership Coaching

  • We’ll review findings together in a feedback session, including the insights and strategies to support your leadership development.

  • Leadership coaching is available to support implementation
