The 1 Thing Missing in Your Marketing

Early on in your business do you remember creating your Ideal Customer Avatar?
You probably sat down and started writing out all the things you knew about your Ideal Clients! What’s she like? Where does she spend her time? How old is she? What does she like? What pain is she experiencing? Maybe you even gave your avatar an actual name, like Hannah!
Now this is a great exercise and I'm not going to knock that for one minute.
In fact, it's a really important part of really understanding and articulating who it is that you seek to serve in your business. You’ve illustrated your target market and the person you want to aim all of your marketing AT! This is what my mentor, Brandon Lucero, calls the Struggling Avatar.
But if you stop here, you’re falling short in your marketing because…
You ONLY identified the person BEFORE you work with them!
You now need a 2nd AVATAR! This is what Brandon Lucero calls the Future Paced Hero!
What happens after a client works with you? What's the transformation they're going to experience? And who is that future person when they’re experienced all those amazing benefits of working with you and your company?!
That’s the Future Paced Hero!
Most entrepreneurs and businesses are really great at articulating the “Struggling Avatar” and putting out messaging that speaks into the “pain” of whatever your ideal client is experiencing.
But you also need to learn how to illustrate the “Future Paced Hero” as show your potential clients exactly who they’ll be after working with you!
Where do you intend to take your clients? What’s the promise land look like when they get there?
