September's Theme of the Month: Intentional Design
Intentional Design is an approach to your life and business that puts you in the driver’s seat so you can experience greater results, alignment, and ease.
I Am Not Perfect
Despite what you see on my beautifully curated Instagram, I am a human just like you, complete with her own eccentricities, flaws, and "gifts" that god gave me…
Just Do the Damn Thing
The truth is this topic is on my mind a lot. The whole Thinking vs. Doing conundrum. It comes up with my clients when they’re feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next. It comes up over dinner when a girlfriend keeps circling back to that same, familiar, yet annoying thought pattern. It comes up in my own life, when I find myself paralyzed by my to do list, so I go seeking “answers” in the kitchen cabinets…
Time Flies When You're Busy Being a #Girlboss
Every year around this time I find myself saying the same thing…Where has this year gone?! It seems like the older I get, the faster the years fly by. And then I realize I’m starting to talk like my grandmother and that’s a rude awakening.
Is your marketing plan best described as a wish and a prayer?
All too often I hear business owners say “I can’t afford to invest in marketing my business right now.” And this is precisely the moment when your business becomes that tree in the forest that doesn’t make a sound. The Rise from Being a Mediocre Entrepreneur to a Masterful One

It’s not uncommon for me to work 10-12 hours in any given day, and get in a little work sesh over the weekend. And to be clear, I’m not complaining about it (most of the time)!
Fearlessness is not the goal.
I worry that if I pause for a moment to celebrate my wins, I’ll lose steam. I worry I’ll forget what comes next. I worry that I'll get lazy. I worry that I’ll alienate and lose clients. I worry that I’ll fail my TRIBE.
And you know what? That’s all fear. Fear manifesting in all its glorious ways.
February is for Creating Killer Content

The Theme for October is...
Did you know that you’re a leader? Yes, YOU. The fact that you’re a woman entrepreneur alone sets you apart. Women-owned businesses account for only 31% of companies in the United States, with rates ranging from 1.5% in Saudi Arabia to 35% in Uganda. YOU are leading the way...
